We deliver all our mirrors throughout Melbourne Metro with our own in-house team. We aim to deliver all Melbourne orders within 7 days. Please note, if you are not home at time of delivery, we will leave the order at your front door unless otherwise notified.
We are excited to announce we now deliver all mirrors throughout Australia with our delivery partner, we charge $99 flat rate shipping for all interstate orders. Estimated arrival time is 2-3 weeks from dispatch.
Delivery fees vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during at the checkout, prior to payment and order confirmation. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days of purchase.
Changes made to delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. We deliver to the front door of a ground floor. Delivery past that point is at the discretion of the courier.
Couriers may sometimes damage the parcel, if this is the case; please send us photos of your damaged parcel and order details within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. We will take care of you and your order immediately, refunding your order or organising a new mirror to be sent. Outside of the 3-day window we are unable to assist you with your order.
