DELIVERY FEE: $49 delivery on any large mirror throughout Melbourne Metro regions. Please note: if you place your order outside of this region, we reserve the right to refund your order back to you. Geelong orders will be once our Geelong truck is full, 2-4 weeks - if you require express delivery let us know and we will try to organise it for an extra fee.
Delivery fees vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during at the checkout, prior to payment and order confirmation. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days of purchase.
Changes made to delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. We deliver to the front door of a ground floor. Delivery past that point is at the discretion of the courier.
Please note that we deliver throughout Melbourne. For interstate orders, the largest size we can ship is 170cm, please enter your address during check out to calculate delivery fees and availability.
Couriers may sometimes damage the parcel, if this is the case; please send us photos of your damaged parcel and order details within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. We will take care of you and your order immediately, refunding your order or organising a new mirror to be sent. Outside of the 3-day window we are unable to assist you with your order.
