How Does Delivery Work?
Delivery fees vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout, prior to payment and order confirmation. We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 days of purchase.
We deliver throughout Melbourne Metro with our own in-house team (free for a limited time). We also deliver to Sydney (monthly), Adelaide and Queensland (every two months) at a $169 flat rate, and we confirm your delivery date in advance once the next run is scheduled.
Changes made to delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. We deliver to the front door of the ground floor; delivery past that point is at the discretion of the courier. If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the order at your front door unless otherwise notified.
Alternatively, pick up your purchases free of charge from our Highett showroom — usually ready within 24 hours.

How heavy are the mirrors?
Our mirrors are all high quality, leading to a majority of our mirrors weighing at least 10 kilograms. With many mirrors upwards of 40 kilograms. For more information on individual mirror weight, contact us with any enquiries!

Can I hang your mirrors?
Many of our mirrors have fixed d-rings on the back of their frames, ready to be hung horizontally or vertically. This may differ depending on the mirror style and size, please ensure you read the product descriptions and reach out with any questions you may have.

Do you have bathroom mirrors?
Our collections are always being updated with new products and styles. Whilst we do have a wide range of mirrors, you might find that our mirror range changes as products sell out and we receive new shipments.
