Get fast and reliable delivery of mirrors in Australia. Our team guarantees prompt dispatch and reliable delivery of your items. We deliver mirrors from our Melbourne warehouse and showroom in Highett.
Please note, if you are not home at time of delivery, we will leave the order at your front door unless otherwise notified.

We deliver all our mirrors throughout Melbourne Metro with our own in-house team. We aim to deliver all Melbourne orders within 7 days.
For Sydney, Adelaide and Queensland orders, we will confirm your delivery date in advance once the next run is scheduled.
Delivery fees vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during at the checkout, prior to payment and order confirmation. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days of purchase.
Changes made to delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. We deliver to the front door of a ground floor. Delivery past that point is at the discretion of the courier.
Safe Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee your mirror arrives safe and intact. In the unlikely event your mirror is damaged in transit, we will exchange it or refund you in full.
Couriers may sometimes damage the parcel, if this is the case; please send us photos of your damaged parcel and order details within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. We will take care of you and your order immediately, refunding your order or organising a new mirror to be sent. Outside of the 3-day window we are unable to assist you with your order.

Warranty
All our mirrors come with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover physical damage that occurs after delivery or pickup (such as knocks, drops or scratches in use).
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. We are happy to help before you buy: visit our Highett showroom to see any mirror in person, or contact us with questions about sizes, colours and styles.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have faulty goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Why don't you ship everywhere in Australia?
Mirrors are fragile, so we deliver them ourselves on scheduled runs instead of using couriers. This keeps breakage near zero.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing faults for 12 months. It does not cover physical damage after delivery.
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
That's covered by our Safe Delivery Guarantee: we exchange it or refund you in full.
